Call to Action- Bill by Sen. Hoylman to require college students to get Covid shot

NY Take Action: Bill introduced to mandate Covid shots to attend college from www.autismactionnetwork.org

New York State Senator Brad Hoylman has introduced a bill, Senate Bill S6495, that would require all college students in the state to get a Covid shot(s). The law would apply to all full and part time students born after 1957. The way the bill is written the law would apply to online students as well, and is not limited to New York residents. This is currently the only bill in the legislature that would require Covid shots.

Hoylman (D-Westside of Manhattan) is also the author of the bill that repealed the religious exemption from vaccine mandates to attend school in New York. He is also the author of pending bills that would require annual flu shots for all students in New York.

The law would come into effect 30 days after a Covid shot is licensed by the Food and Drug Administration. How that would affect students in the middle of a term is not specified, but Hoylman's repeal of the religious exemption took effect 14 days after the bill was signed and students not in compliance were immediately expelled from school. There is no identical bill in the Assembly as of yet, and Hoylman's bill has no Senate co-sponsors

There will be a public meeting with John Gilmore, Rita Palma and Dr. Eric Feintuch tonight, Wednesday, May 5, at the Malverne Cinema, at 350 Hempstead Avenue in Malverne, NY to discuss ways to fight this bill, other Covid shot mandates and vaccine passports.

Please call the following key legislators and politely explain why this bill is a horrendous idea.

(for Columbia County region: Sen. Daphne Jordan (R), Albany: (518) 455-2381, District: (845) 454-1703)

Here are some of the many reasons that you can use in discussion with the elected officials' offices why this bill should never be passed.

This bill would force people to be test subjects in a medical experiment in violation of the Nuremberg Code. The bill takes away the fundamental human right of adults to decide what medical procedures they will undergo. Vaccines usually are tested for 7 to 15 years before they are placed on the market. These products have been tested for less that a year, we have no idea what the short-term, much less the long-term health effects will be on people. Our entire population is being used as test subjects for an enormous medical experiment. Using people without their informed consent is a violation of the Nuremberg Code developed in the aftermath of physicians in Nazi Germany forcing people against their will to be test subjects in medical experiments.

Covid vaccines do not stop transmission. The clinical trial study designs for COVID vaccines did not address transmission, but merely addressed reducing symptoms, as explained in the materials they submitted to the FDA to obtain Emergency Use Authorization.

Serious adverse vaccine reactions are real and are underreported. As of 4/1/21, 55,869 adverse events following COVID vaccines have been reported to VAERS, including 2,342 deaths. According to a government-funded study at Harvard, less than 1% of all adverse reactions to vaccines are submitted to the National Vaccine Adverse Events Reports System (VAERS).

Young adults have under .04% risk of death from covid-19. According to the CDC, COVID overall has a 99.74% survival rate. Among young people, that number is even higher. For people aged 18 to 29, the survival rate is 99.97%. Consider this low risk from COVID when deciding whether to take an experimental vaccine that causes significant side effects, including death.

Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla has already said that a third shot will probably be required and that annual Covid shots are being planned for, which underscores the lack of understanding of how effective these products are.
