Fired Workers Sue New York City, Seek $250 Million and End to COVID Vaccine Mandate

New York City workers who lost their jobs for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine on Thursday filed a $250 million lawsuit against the city and Mayor Eric Adams. The workers also are demanding their jobs be reinstated and the mandate rescinded.
